The background of this elaborated sundial on the presbytery of Aiello, is made up of a round painting with the Sacrificial Lamb; the image reproduces a bas-relief of the portal of a French gothic cathedral.

A beam of light explodes from the resurrection, penetrating the blue sky on which the signs of the Zodiac are clearly visible.
