Sundial

The old owners of the
property, Elena and Pepi, have been farmers all their lives.
Their son decided to depict the cock, master of the courtyard,
on the sundial.
With its singing, at
sunrise, it symbolises the break of day.
The picture was taken
during the inauguration of the sundial, which took place on June
5th 2005, during the Sundials Festival of Aiello. |
